Meet Maria
Maria's professional experience has consistently been focused in fields where care is imperative. She has extended this desire to help others and service into the realm of real estate. Maria enjoys helping and working with people. This serves her well as a realtor and directly correlates with investor clients Maria represents, whom rehabs homes primarily in the Homeland, Guilford, Roland Park and Ruxton neighborhoods.
Maria is one of the main forces behind searching and finding homes in need of full to minor renovations, uplifting, or complete rehabs. She loves the hunt, and is always searching for potential projects, which allows her to perpetually have a pulse on Homeland and the surrounding neighborhoods. Maria is there from start to finish, managing project tasks from hiring contractors and vendors to checking on each property throughout the duration of the renovation. The before and after of each completed home resides with her, and is the motivation for finding the next project. She loves providing this opportunity for her clients and takes great pride in each home; bought, renovated, and sold.
As she works, lives, and raises her children in Baltimore City, her expertise and area knowledge is unmatched. When Maria is not working, she is entrenched in her children’s lives, especially their education. Maria serves as the Chair or the Parents Association for her fourth grade daughters school. She loves to be involved in the school environment and welcome new families to the community. She loves her community and can often be found with her family frequenting local restaurants and markets. Maria and her family also love to stay active and attend sporting events, they are big Orioles fans and are hopeful they make it all the way this season! She loves basketball and football mostly and has coached her daugthers basketball team the past 2 years! Her husband Dan is an NFL agent representing over 20 players in the league. Through this connection she has represented several athletes and their families relocate, buy and sell their homes, as well as investment properties. She is very excited to bring her love of sports to her personal real estate life and continue growing and making connections!
