We had also not spent much time in the Santa Monica area so we did not know what neighborhoods were best for us, or what a realistic budget should be. Meeting Anton was the best thing that happened to our move. We had originally reached out to see a listing he was showing that had gone off the market days before we were going to move down. Anton followed up and asked if we would be interested in having him help us manage our search. Within a few hours - he had lined up over a dozen viewings for the next day. His knowledge of Santa Monica was paramount in helping us understand exactly where we wanted to narrow down our search. We ultimately came across a listing for a house that we immediately fell in love with. The only problem: it was listed for sale, not for rent. Anton offered to reach out to the Realtor® and the homeowner and see if they would be interested in tenants. He spent the next few days going back and forth with them not just convincing them to rent to us, but also negotiating rent down to much less than we had expected. After giving us the good news that the place was ours, he moved fast on organizing an immediate move-in date, getting the documents signed and keys in our hands. He was responsive, helpful, and instrumental throughout the entire process. My partner and I could not be happier with our new home as well as the help Anton provided.

Veronica was a tremendous help. First, she managed our expectations for the challenges involved in buying a home in this area. We thought it would be much easier than it was, and it was helpful to have someone who would be honest with us even though that was tough to hear.
